nakedbus.com regrets that it is withdrawing some services for the winter period.

The following services will no longer run, but existing bookings will be honoured:

- Nelson - Takaka
- Nelson - Greymouth
- Nelson - Hanmer Springs
- Hanmer Springs - Christchurch

All other routes remain. Once again, passengers who have booked will be carried.

We plan to run these routes again in the Summer.

We would like to thank all nakedbus.com passengers for their support on these routes for the past few months.

Oops! Due to a computer glitch, some passengers who booked on 26 June did not receive a booking confirmation email with booking reference.

These bookings are still safely in the system.

If you booked on 26 June, please contact us at enquiries and tell us:

• where you are travelling from
• where you are travelling to
• the date you are travelling
• the time you made the booking yesterday
• your email address

and we will send you your booking reference. (We need this information to correctly identify your booking).

Sorry about the glitch - but the system is back to normal now!

Note: If you booked your bus tickets at any other time, and you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam box, as some email systems send the emails there.

Now you can change your booking using nakedrewards via the self-service option on the home page (red box - change bookings on the left of the home page).

This means that you will not need to email us when you want to change your nakedbus.com bus booking. Changing bookings costs $1.70 plus any increase in cost of the new ticket.

nakedbus.com is committed to making booking as easy as possible as well as providing a really cheap bus deal.

The road between Christchurch and Queenstown is partially closed, causing delays in both directions. We are doing our best to get through. We are advising passengers of delays as we get updates

We have increased the number of seats on this bus route to cater to surging demand on this route. With immediate effect there will be more seats on the morning bus from Wellington and PN and the afternoon service from Napier / Hastings.

We will still be offering the same cheap bus fares.

We have reinstated the service between Whtianga, Thames and Mt Maunganui. It runs on:

• Wednesday
• Friday
• Sunday

$1 fares are available if you book early enough.

You can now book again direct between Auckland, Manukau, Bombay, and Thames and Whitianga. Over the winter period, the service runs four days a week on:

nakedbus.com’s service to Dargaville has been suspended over the winter period. We hope to start again in the summer.
