We have two sets of FAQs for you - the one at the top of the page is to answer the most frequently asked questions that you will get. It will also help you to solve passenger queries that require the use of the old callcentre search facility
Eventually the callcentre search will be at the top of the page so you will only need this page open.

As policy changes new items will be added here.

When you have a chance, please familiarise yourself with the contents of this section.

Why is my travel day not showing?

The trip is either not available for that particular day, or we are revising some journeys and will put them up on the site soon. If the trip does not appear in the search results it is not available for booking at this time.

No. We do not give refunds if you miss the bus.

Note: If there is a problem with our bus service and this causes major disturbances to our operation, then, depending on circumstances, we will either provide a full refund or alternative travel bookings will be offered. If you think it was our fault please contact us by filling in the form at www.nakedbus.com/faq/.

I deposited money via Internet banking and now my trip fare has gone up and I don’t have enough money to pay for it. What should I do?

The options are:

- go to an agent and pay by cash,
- find someone with a credit card, or
- deposit more money to cover the increasing fare price.

Note: the delay is caused by the banks when transferring money. Prices of our trips go up as more people book, so the price you see today (when you first deposit your money) may not be the price available when you go to book one or two days later. This is especially pertinent over weekends when those with credit cards have two, three or four days to book before those waiting for Internet deposits to be processed. It is the process with the banks, not nakedbus.com, that causes this delay.

How do I book a connecting bus trip with nakedbus.com?

If the connection is guaranteed, you book it normally be entering

- where you want to start
- where you want to finish

The system will show you all the options including guaranteed connections. In this case the second bus is guaranteed to wait for the first bus. In order to be guaranteed, you must book the trip straight through and NOT book separate trips.
if it is not a guaranteed connection, we cannot guarantee that the second bus will wait if the first bus is delayed, and there will be no refund for missed connections.

How much does the bus cost?

The cost of particular trips varies day by day, but I can tell you how much that bus trip would cost if you booked it now.
