1.       The promoter is Nakedbus NZ Ltd (nakedbus.com or Promoter), PO Box 46018 Herne Bay, Auckland, New Zealand.

2.       Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3.       Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to New Zealand residents who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) or nakedbus.com and their related entities are ineligible to enter.

4.       The promotion commences at 12:00am on 12 October 2020 and closes at 23:59 on 31 October, 2009.

5.       To enter the promotion, participants must complete at least one confirm booking on the nakedbus.com website. Participants can enter as many times as they like

6.       Unconfirmed bookings, submitted by or through fraud or other illegal activity, or entries not complying with these terms and conditions, are invalid. Entries received after 31 October, 2009 are invalid.

7.       The winning entrant will be notified by email before 5 December, 2009.

8.       This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.

9.       The offer consists of the following components: One Casio Ex-Z250 digital camera valued at $450, three Nokia 6121 Mobile phones valued at 350 and 30 Nakedbus.com return tickets valued at $1200.
Total prize component is valued at NZ$2700.
