How to book your bus to BIG DAY OUT

Simply use the booking form on the left hand side of this page:

1. Select the number of passengers
2. Select where you want to get on the bus,
3. Select “BIG DAY OUT in the travel to box,
4. The date (18 January) will automatically be selected. DO NOT select a return date - as this trip is a return trip anyway
5. Now click “start search”.
6. Choose your payment method and fill in the required details. Once you have confirmed payment you will receive a confirmation with your reference number. You need this to get on the bus.

Unlike other bus companies we take you direct to the stadium (and return) - so no messing about with local buses or taxis in Auckland!

The special buses to Big day Out travel from Hastings, Napier, Taupo, Rotorua, Hamilton, Tauranga, Waihi, Ngatea, Whangarei, Wellsford and Warkworth as well as points in between.

We are delighted to announce extra buses over the school holidays.

This means that during this period there will be daily bus services between:

• Wellington

There will also be daily connections to and from:

• Gisborne
• Opotiki
• Whakatane
• Tauranga & Mt Maunganui
• Matamata

Don’t forget that prices start at $1 on all these services - so get in quick and book a bargain.

If you are going to the Christina Aguilera concert on 3rd August you may be pleased to know that we are running a special bus on Saturday morning back to Whangarei.

nakedbus.com is the ideal way to get to and from the concert. No parking worries and convenient departure times - and of course great prices.

Of course if you live in Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo and other places as well, we have buses that will get you there - and back.

Please note that these buses leave from our usual departure points in Auckland.

New journeys have been released between Whangarei and Auckland. The journeys have been retimed slightly to provide a better connection with services from Hamilton. The new times start on 23 May. We have increased the size of the vehicle on this route so now there are more cheap seats available.

We now leave Auckland for Whangarei at 4.30pm every day - which gives us a more convenient arrival time in Whangarei.

We are changing bus timetables from 25 November 2006. This is to improve reliability and provide trips at times that have been asked for by customers. To find the new detailed times search for the trip you want on the booking form after 25 November 2006.

We are also reluctantly cancelling the Hamilton to Auckland commuter service due to lack of demand.

The changes only affect services in the top half of the North Island. Other services are not changing.

This is a summary of the changes:

• First bus from Auckland to Hamilton and Rotorua is now 8AM instead of 9AM
• Auckland to Hamilton, Rotorua, Taupo and Hawkes Bay - now 12 midday
• Auckland to Hamilton, Cambridge & Tauranga - now 4.15PM
• Auckland to Hamilton at 5.15PM is cancelled
• Rotorua to Hamilton and Auckland now 4PM instead of 1PM giving you more time in Rotorua.
• The early morning commuter service from Hamilton to Auckland is cancelled.
