nakedbus.com has revolutionised the delivery of long distance bus services in New Zealand with a value based model. Fares start at $1 and all fares are very competitive in the market place. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to add an experienced member to our team.

You will be responsible for ensuring that customer enquiries are resolved in a timely, efficient and appropriate manner. You will be:

  • Passionate about resolving customer service issues
  • Professional with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in a customer service role

Experience in public transport, travel, tourism or accommodation industries would be an advantage but is not necessary.

You will:

  • Answer and resolve customer queries via email and phone
  • Liaise with contractors
  • Contribute to solving service delivery problems

Skills required:

  • Computer literate – we are internet based so you must be able to adapt to new software quickly
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written – you will be dealing with customers and contractors on a daily basis
  • Problem solving ability
  • Conflict management ability
  • Able to relate to people from all walks of life
  • Time management skills / ability to work under pressure

Hiring - Drivers with first class customer service skills

Customer Service / Driver - Auckland based

Fast and furious expansion sees us requiring more coach drivers from our Mt Roskill depot to service our Wellington and Hastings scheduled coach services.

Join us at the ground step as nakedbus.com, New Zealand’s low cost bus service, expands across NZ.

You will need a class 4 drivers license and (preferably) a “P” endorsement. You will need heavy vehicle driving experience but we will train you in the rest.

Attractive roster structure means you will need to work only 4 days a week, with overtime generally available.

You will be away 2 or 3 nights a week, and will understand the need to maintain timetable operations.

The job requires a high interaction with both domestic travelers, regular travelers, backpackers and other international visitors. It is an excellent opportunity to use your great customer service skills and to move into an exciting role.
