How can I cancel a booking?
BUS CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event that a bus is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen event, your customers can, at their choice:
- be rebooked on the next available bus at no extra charge.
- claim a full refund.
Use the contact form to do this.
REFUNDS
In common with all budget carriers we do not offer refunds* if the customer:
• chooses not to travel,
• can no longer travel, or
• books incorrectly.
CANCELLATIONS
If it is your fault that you made an incorrect booking you can cancel this booking using our contact form - select “Cancel booking” as the subject - we will cancel this booking and your agent account will be refunded*, we will release your seat for another customer.
If the customer made an incorrect booking themselves then we cannot refund the customer for this.
CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
However, you can change any booking using the manage bookings form (red box on home page). This must be done more than 24 hours before the original departure time. It is not possible to change bookings less than 24 hours before departure under any circumstances*. Changes will incur the $0.70 change booking fee plus, plus your usual booking fee. Also if there is any increase in price if the new ticket is more expensive than the original ticket (but decreases are not refunded). Make sure you press the button to change the booking and get the customer to pay for the changes in price. For more information please refer to how to change a booking.
Please note, we cannot put tickets on hold, give the customer a credit for a ticket or transfer their tickets. The cusomers will always have to pay the $1.40 change booking fee EVEN IF THE NEW TICKET IS CHEAPER.
*This is because we may not be able to resell the seats, and we need our buses to be as full as possible to keep our prices as low as they are.
